G. Old School Party- All the logistics for this event has been finalized. This event was thoroughly discussed by all members. This event has been advertised on the official St. Aug website, on CharlotteVibe.com, and in the Charlotte Observer (Entertainment Section). We need volunteers to help setup at least one hour prior. W. Jones will provide arm bands for all personal entering the building.

A motion/suggestion was made that any active member of the Association will get in free for the party; however their guest will have to pay. Several personnel will rotate at the door with a list of all the paid members.

There will be a $100 cash prize and a donated gift basket and four $25 gift cards to be given away for the Best Dressed contest, door prizes, and a male and female winner of the dance contest.

The suggested menu for the party will be of quality price, consistency and value. We decided to purchase veggie trays, cheese, chips, meatballs, and crackers from a wholesaler such as Wal-Mart, with estimate spending price of $500. This motion was made by T. Wyatt and seconded by J. Harvey.
